"Warok" is derived from the word wewarah are people who have a holy determination, providing guidance and unconditional protection. Warok is wong kang wewarah wealthy (rich people wewarah). Warok a character / individuality and community spirit that has been ingrained Ponorogo long ago passed down by our ancestors to the next generation. Warok is part of the display Reog inseparable with the other props in the unit Reog Ponorogo. Warok is truly a master of science both physically and spiritually.
